Our Commitment to ESG

We’re committed to being exceptional stewards of our resources, our people, and our planet. Here’s a glimpse into how our ESG efforts come to life every day.

At MoverOne, we are dedicated to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles that reflect our commitment to creating a positive impact in the communities we serve and the environment we share. As a Van Line with several family owned Members withing our network, our corporate governance is led from within and balanced with a board of directors and senior management team that is invested in our long-term success and growth.

Environment

We are focused on real change—our fleet uses biodegradable packing supplies and fuel efficient vehicles, reducing our carbon footprint by over 20% compared to traditional models. We have also partnered with a local solar power company to install hundreds of solar panels on our office properties. By partnering with DocuSign, we have conserved thousands of sheets of paper annually, further minimizing waste and promoting sustainable business practices.

Social

We proudly support Canada’s Teen Jam, empowering youth through music, and Team MacMillan, a BC-based curling team, fostering sportsmanship and community engagement, and support local secondary schools to empower today’s youth and to set them up with success.

Governance

We uphold robust rules and policies to ensure our workplace is inclusive, ethical, and accountable. Our approach guarantees that MoverOne remains a safe, diverse, and welcoming environment for all team members and stakeholders. Through these ongoing efforts, MoverOne is proud to demonstrate leadership in ESG across Canada.
